So I had my first PMR done at work… it lasted 2 and half hours, my bums were sweating because the seat kept the temperature nice and high o_o. All is well, I thought I’m not doing a good job at work but apparently I do.
Hmm, what else is new, still waiting for my new ride.. come on! I can’t wait!

These two days are very bleh for me. Nothing feels right and nothing really goes my way.
Last night met up with the instructors and students from the project management class, people are nice and jolly. I think I will start to spend time reading that new textbook. The textbook title is Fundamental of Organizational Behavior. For some reason this book sounds very familiar, perhaps I have studied something similar before when I was still an undergrad. Maybe… memory isn’t so good these days.
Another thing is I’m trying to buy a car, but dealer is not doing such a good job at keep it up with me. After the order went through the agent had claimed there are 3 vehicles left with the trims that meets my requirement. So I was happy. But a few days had gone by and received a call from him saying 1 of the 3 is damaged by hale storm. The other 2 were showroom cars and have been driven for roughly 2500km. I wasn’t pleased, I could have pulled the deal right there but I like the car so much I couldn’t resist letting go. Now the only option left for me is to wait until Oct 10th for a new 2008 model. God, I knew this kind of thing will happen, surprises are the only concerns I had when i signed the vehicle purchase agreement.
Which car is it, you might ask?? Let’s wait until October and we’ll see pics.
All I can say is one word: FAST.

Today marks the first weekday of September 07. People goes back to school and some people go back to work. I’m glad I’m more on the latter piece. However I’ve also signed up to a new project management course; Skills Development. I was reading up course description, I could tell this is going to be a boring one… o_o good god (not that I’m religious or anything)
Over the weekend spent few hundred dollars on signing up to the course and purchased a HD-DVD drive that goes along with my xbox360. I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of this HD-DVD player. Too bad I only hooked up the the system to my computer monitor so it’s not true 1080P. In time I will get a true hi-def tv… when I have a house
Another note on housing. The houses that are for sale right now is way too pricey it’s ridiculous. Less than 7 years the housing market had dramatically increased at least 35%. Young people like us whom are on the market shopping for a new home can only afford something smaller…. much smaller. A bachelor size unit perhaps? o_o noooooooo……
