it looks like… i’m fat, very fat. What am I going to do about it? Nothing! Well, I think I gotta do something, if dad says I’m fat, then I’m definitely too fat haha.
Anyways! Nothing much to write about these days, but I’ll try to be more proactive in writing. BRB
Up until recently I found out some times my emotions are swinging out of control. Even the littlest thing will tick me off. I don’t need to give examples. Back then I just hold in all the negative feelings and prevent it from outburst and perhaps hurt other people; so no one will know if I’m upset. That was wrong so I corrected it. Now every negative feelings I have becomes a verbal or action diarrhea… If I don’t like something people around me will know it. But then I realized another thing, I sometimes have to keep some negative thoughts to myself, kind of balance things out.
I don’t want to be Mr. Nice Guy anymore but at the same time being Mr. Rude Guy isn’t helping either. From today onward I shall be known as Mr. Nude Guy. hahaahha….
First off, I had a fun fun time in California. It’s one of the best trips I’ve gone on, good weather, good location and good companion. California is such a beautiful state, last visited place was NYC, so it’s no comparison, hats off to Cali Sun Shine baby! And I came back with a full head of software testing tips and tricks… so full I think I’m already start to forget what I learned. Anyways, good time, good memory will be cherished.
Now, the shitty stuff. I will not hold back on my language and fuck you MIDAS! I’ve had it up to my throat, I was so pissed off at how crappy their service is. If I hear one more squeaking noise from my brakes in 2 days I will write a nasty email to their head quarter. Here is what happened. My car, 4 rotors and 4 brake pads are in need of replacing. I knew before I drove the car to the shop that all these are need to be replaced. No big deal, they charged me over 1000 dollars on the invoice where 400 for the materials and 600 for the labour.
Ok, let’s put the labour fee on hold here and talk about what happened when I drove the car off the lot. As soon as I started driving I started little squeaking noise from the right side of the car… I remember hearing from the rep that it’ll take about half of a week for the car to work in for the new sets of brakes. But when the squeaking is happening even without pressing on the brake I started to get worry. I mean, new brakes shouldn’t make such a noise. So I called them and say I will bring in the next morning. Usually I arrived to the shop earlier before they open the door, but the mechanic saw me and asked what was wrong. I told him whatever happened to the car he then asks let’s go for a test drive. I was sitting in the passenger side where he just hammers my car like it’s not his… well, it’s not his, it’s mind, but come on dip shit, a little more gentle wouldn’t hurt plus you don’t need to hammer the car to hear the brake pissing the squeak noise.
He then brought the car onto the ramp and told me to wait in the shop. After 5 minutes he told me it was just some metal that was scratching against the rotor… Here is what I said to myself, you must be a fucktard to not realize this in the first place, and you call yourself a brake expert, my ass!
Then he asked let’s go for another test drive so we don’t hear anymore noises… A little bit into the test drive I hear it again. This time he’s even more aggressive with the brake, he’s holding the brake down and applying the gas… He said doing this will brake in faster and I started smelling the burning smell from the brakes; I wish he could get it over with faster… Now there’s no more noise at least to my knowledge, I drove home… kind of happy.
So I took the morning to work from home just to get this stupid issue done, so as soon as I finish lunch I figure I go to work. As soon I hit the brake a little harder today on my way to work it immediately start squeaking again! HOLY SHIT! I mean, I must be the worst fucking unlucky customer ever to Midas or something, now the driver side of the front brake is squeaking like a fucked up dead donkey.
At this point I was so pissed I couldn’t even think straight, all that’s in my head is to fucking drive my car and ram it straight up that Midas shop. This is definitely no quality service. When driving a new car off the dealer floor do you ever hear your new brake squeak? I don’t think. This level of service is totally unacceptable. I will give my patience 2 more day, and once again, Midas, screw you and the mechanics you hired and go suck some tree roots!
So I was fortunately enough to be selected to go to California for this coming week. Not gonna go there for a complete vacation but half training and half vacaying. Anywho, I will be gone for a week and will be back the following saturday, hope everyone have a great week. Ciao.
Today was hot, too hot. Normally I could stand hot weather, it’s just a matter of time that my body adjust to the heat, but today, omg, it was ridiculously hot; the sky doesn’t even appear to be cloudy or at least a few sign of going to rain…

Been given some thoughts, why do people in general likes to party/clubbing? Guys go there to fish? Girls go there to be fished? Maybe it’s just me that doesn’t get it. Or perhaps people enjoy getting drunk and dance til they collapse… errr, there, right there, that’s what I don’t get. Why drink to begin with? Do people have so much stress that they need alcohol to feel happy? What happened to self discipline? I know stress comes in many forms but alcohol is not always a solution.
Now to all single boys and girls. Is partying/clubbing the only way to meet true love? I know you who reads this is gonna say, no I don’t go there to look for someone to pick me up, I just like dress up sexy and dance til the sun comes up. Knowing someone in the same club will eventually see you as a prey (either a guy or girl), are you willing to wait until bad things happen then stop these type of activities? heehee I know writing this is gonna cause some people to disagree, but I just want to know what kind of thoughts do people bring into night lives.
Thoughts: People need to find better things to do. Are all asian guys horny? haha
Friday night was an interesting night. Had to do farewell party for 2 people at once. One leaving White Clarke and One leaving for Canada. You two have my best wishes, may success be with you in any future endeavors.
Saturday turns out to be a more relaxing day. Mom and I were suppose to attend my piano teacher’s wedding. We were contacted earlier this week but not given the time or location; all we knew was that it’s going to be on Saturday. We waited but nada… Too disappointed.
Sunday was good, I finally got my Mac Mini back to working order and was able to put Windows XP on it and run it very very smoothly. VPN works too, I’m very happy Though hopefully I don’t have to VPN into work that much.
Thoughts: Facebook should be retired from my safari bookmark… It’s about midnight, I should sleep.
List of things that happened
1 - Camping Trip
The location was Pinery Provincial Park, it was a very good weekend, we were only 5 minutes away from the beach. Fresh air and fresh water. Water was too cold for me to play in so I didn’t swim. But crazy coworkers went for some late night dips… o_o Our activities could only be summarized in 3 little things… EAT, SLEEP and DRINK (maybe pee too)
2 - Condo Hunting
The hunting is not really going anywhere. Most of the condo designs look about the same, only occasionally the odd one where things aren’t really in the right places. Example. Master bedroom and second bedroom are constructed right next to each other and located in the center of the suite and then the two washrooms are constructed side by side next to the entrance of the suite… Interesting design but weird instead. As for condo hunting, there are way too much to choose from, but ultimately, it comes down to affordable prices… Which aren’t enough choices… This weekend we shall start looking for town houses and houses. 3 - Upgrade Mac Mini
So lately I started to get very annoyed by the slow performance of my Mac. I start to use more and more programs on the system and the performance goes slower and slower. I decided to wage my first mac certified RAM from the website, http://www.canadaram.com/ , and I order 2 Gigs of ram To m dismay, one stick turns out to be defective, I emailed them on a Sunday night and they replied 1 hour after promising they will exchange the ram for free (I’m liking them already). Now I will await the other stick of ram to arrive and do few more tests My mac is going to turn out to be a great system. BOOYA!
4 - General Rants
Recently on the roads I almost got myself into car accidents. And the thing is I was only driving straight, no lights no stops and no turns either, and other cars will just swerve into my lane and just cut me off blindly… One day driving to work saw a Subaru totaled on the side of the road, the young Chinese girl driver was crying on the side of the road, on the cell phone too… I feel bad for her but someone is obviously at fault, I just don’t know what… Then the day after a small car got into a crazy collision with a TTC bus. Holy cow, I mean it’s a bus, it only stops at an intersection and what does it take to realize a bus is coming and you still get into its way… o_o Then on the news there are teens that drives and kill other drivers on the road.. sadly I hope anyone that can’t drive should stay off the road and never to touch a car for the rest of their lives… arg arg… RANT - DONE!
Thoughts: I haven’t done anything for the whole morning yet, I’m such a BIG slacker…
Everyone from the office that is going to camp is getting super excited about it. Me on the other hand is still waiting for the excitement to kick in. Wait, maybe it already kicked in, I already have the gears ready in my trunk, now I’m just waiting for 5pm on Friday to get the kick off done.
Hmm.. what else are happening… Oh cousin William got married 3 days ago, congratz to them. Greg is getting married in July, and Dalin is getting in August… OMG o_O

This week had not been the most exciting week to date but I’m surviving… One fun thing I did was to go to the baseball game at Rogers Centre (formerly known as the Sky Dome, I prefer the old name more). It was the 3rd game between the Jays and them Yankees. Yankees kicked Jays butts pretty hard that night, 10 to 5 runs! But aside from that, the Taiwanese super star, Wang, didn’t show up for the pitcher position. Kinda sad, but it was still a very good game.
Thoughts: There are way too many cars and car accidents on the way to and back from work… YES, weekend is here!
